What changed
- 2026-10-13: Added At a glance boxes, score breakdowns, Who it is for and Who should skip lists, this change log, a retention chart, an evidence legend, dated vendor page captures and grouped comparison tables. This layout update itself changed no scores or facts.

Existing vendor scores unchanged; Dragon Copilot, Suki and Abridge move down in rank.
- 2026-10-13: Added Blueprint (blueprint.ai) at 81/100, rank #2, with a BAA in its Terms at signup; its pricing pages list different figures, shown as listed with "ask vendor".
