Disclosures
- How we make money: Some links may earn us a referral fee at no cost to you. Fees never affect scores, rankings, or what we cover, and we accept no paid placement.
- How this was researched: Everything on this page comes from public vendor documentation and third-party sources, each linked with the date we checked it. We did not test this product hands-on.
- Not advice: General information only, not medical, legal, or compliance advice. Confirm HIPAA terms and sign a Business Associate Agreement directly with any vendor before use.

Research scores are not clinical performance scores. They rate what each vendor publicly documents about pricing, EHR integration, privacy and security, specialty fit and workflow features. They do not measure note accuracy, clinical safety or patient outcomes, and we did not test any product hands-on. How research scores work
What changed
- 2026-10-17: Dates: the page now shows Page updated (the last edit to this page) and Vendor facts verified (2026-10-23, the newest check of DeepCura's official pages, from the dated Sources list) instead of one date, and a note explains that research scores are not clinical performance scores. Scores, ranks and facts unchanged.
- 2026-10-23: Initial review published, score 60/100, rank #10.

Who it is for
Who DeepCura is for
Psychiatric prescribers on eCW, Practice Fusion or Charm who want one tool for notes, coding, phone and fax.

You want audio deleted by default, a published SOC 2 report, a price under $100 a month, or a therapy-first tool.
Pricing
$129/month per provider with 1,000 monthly credits, or $999/year per seat [1]. Monthly volume tiers: seats 1 to 2 at $129, 3 to 5 at $116, 6 to 10 at $110, 11+ at $101 [1]. Extra credits $59/month [1]. Free trial with credits, no credit card [1]. Plans auto-renew until cancelled, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and partial periods are not refunded [1].
EHR integration depth
A Chrome extension works with eCW, Practice Fusion and Charm EHR [4]. The pricing page lists EHR integration with Epic, athena, eCW, AdvancedMD and others (vendor-reported; integration method for Epic not documented on the pages reviewed) [1]. Two-way or in-chart workflow is not documented.
Security and privacy
BAA in the Terms of Service (Annex I) [2]. The Terms say PHI is never used to train AI models, and audio recordings and transcripts containing PHI are not used for training [2]. Audio is kept by default until you delete the note, request deletion or close the account; you can disable evidence-audio retention so recordings are not stored after transcription [2]. The BAA offers a Google CASA Tier 2 report on request [2]. No SOC 2 report is published: ask vendor. Ask vendor
Specialty suitability
Multi-specialty. A Psychiatry template with MSE, past psychiatric history, substance use and safety sections can be imported from the template library [3]. Audio is retained by default [2]. No configurable note auto-delete or 42 CFR Part 2 controls are documented: ask vendor. Ask vendor
Workflow and UX
Web app, responsive mobile web, and a free iOS app [4][5]. Generates ICD-10, CPT and E/M codes [1]. Telehealth capture and patient instruction letters are not clearly documented on the pages reviewed: ask vendor. Ask vendor
